Cationic flocculant

Cationic flocculant can be used in industrial waste water treatment and municipal sewage treatment. It is generally suggested that low or medium ion degree and medium or high molecular weight products be applicable to industrial waste water treatment or the mixture of industrial and municipal waste water treatment, medium or high ion degree and medium or high molecular weight products be applicable to municipal sewage  treatment respectively. Besides, high ion degree products work better in digested sludge treatment. If proper cationic flocculant products are employed after concentration and flotation, organic matter in wastewater can be effectively removed.

Application method of non-ionic flocculant

1, forming water  solution with 0.1% concentration with  neutral water without salt sundries.

2, Putting the non-ionic flocculant into the stirred water evenly, and the agitation speed is controlled at 100~300rpm. Appropriately increasing the temperature can accelerate the dissolution.

3, adjusting the PH value of the treated fluid to make  non-ion flocculant work fully. (confirming the optimal PH and the amount of non-ion flocculant by test.）

4, when putting the non-ionic flocculant solution, we need to  accelerate the mixing with the liquid being treated , after presenting the flocculation, slow down the agitation to facilitate the growth of the flocculation and accelerate the settlement.
